Decided to go back to cutting for my abs to show more. Doing 10 daily sets of 100 reps of #donteatthatshit lol Also doing these daily until I get under 10% body fat. I never do crunches (useless). I rarely do sit-ups (too easy). This is my thing. I always train my abs and lower back at the end of every workout.
