⚑️FEELING THE POWER ⚑️
Just finished my first week of doing all my #bbgstronger workouts in the mornings before work & I am absolutely LOVING IT πŸ’œ
I am usually an early riser but waking up at {literally} the crack of dawn is still early for me πŸ˜‹
.
The original reason I decided to start working out in the morning was to have more time in the evenings since I work full time and my commute is an hour one way 🚈
HOWEVER! I have found some unexpectedly nice positives from morning workouts:
1️⃣ I feel WAY more awake by the time I start work
2️⃣ I found I crave less coffee! (aka 1 cup vs 3 cups when not working out)
3️⃣ Even thought the only difference is I have a protein shake, I snack way less on the days of my morning workout
5️⃣ Having free evenings feels oh-so-gooooooooodddd
6️⃣ So much harder to make excuses and "skip" a workout if it's the first thing I do in my day!
7️⃣ Sleep schedule is changing for earlier bedtime 😴
It's only been a week of morning workouts but I feel like a changed woman! The absolute best feeling is being 8am and you've already completed your workout β˜‘οΈ
I'm just hoping I can keep this up starting next week!!! Happy Friday #bbgfam! πŸ’œ

Holy hell. Just finished BBG week one, day one... this is one of the hardest workouts I've done in a long time, and it was awesome! If you're like me, and you don't LOVE weights, I'd give this a shot. Reminds me a lot of the conditioning we did in gymnastics.
