one season. so much change.
This was taken last week (week 11) and I wish I had some wise words to go with it but, after having my entire family hit hard with the stomach flu on Thanksgiving week, my brain can’t handle it.
I do want to say that although this isn’t how I pictured week 12 going down, I’m doing my best to take my own words to heart that I’ve told so many of you through out the little bumps in the road... this isn’t week 12 out of 12... this is week 12 out of the rest of my life! So, after I get over this bump I’ll get back up and keep pushing. Not the end - just the beginning!

Took some time off social media this weekend (which I find to be SO needed sometimes ) & am back this Monday morning feeling refreshed & ready to take on the week! If you still haven’t tried melting a protein bar in the microwave, you’re missing out. 30 seconds max on 800w but watch it and take it out as soon as it melts so it’s not overdone. Serve with greek yogurt or strawberries for extra goodness!
