Definitely got my #sweat on today doing BBG legs! No matter how many times I do week 1 legs, it still makes me sore every time. Holy hell. Just finished BBG week one, day one... this is one of the hardest workouts I've done in a long time, and it was awesome! If you're like me, and you don't LOVE weights, I'd give this a shot. Reminds me a lot of the conditioning we did in gymnastics.
