MASH UP! Mixed it up today in the gym because let’s face it, what’s the point in doing something that bores you? Here’s what I did tonight in just over an hour:

1️⃣Skipping- 4x 3 minute sets
2️⃣@kayla_itsines legs circuit
3️⃣3 minutes foam rolling (1 min on each leg, then 1 minute both thighs) 😫

4️⃣Headstand and handstand practice
5️⃣Yoga stretching
I don’t usually fit all of this in a workout but just went with the flow today

This was taken last week (week 11) and I wish I had some wise words to go with it but, after having my entire family hit hard with the stomach flu on Thanksgiving week, my brain can’t handle it. πŸ™ˆ

I do want to say that although this isn’t how I pictured week 12 going down, I’m doing my best to take my own words to heart that I’ve told so many of you through out the little bumps in the road... this isn’t week 12 out of 12... this is week 12 out of the rest of my life! This stuff right here helps me with muscle soreness. Try it if you haven't already. Just be careful and don't start off with a large amount otherwise you may have the runs the next morning πŸ™ˆ it's similar to taking a bath with epsom salt, which is made of magnesium. I would usually start BBGstronger/BBG again, but we are entering into the holiday season so my workout consistency levels may go a tad bit down (🀫) and I would like to try something new anyway to break the routine.

βž– If you still haven’t tried melting a protein bar in the microwave, you’re missing out. 30 seconds max on 800w but watch it and take it out as soon as it melts so it’s not overdone. βž– Serve with greek yogurt or strawberries for extra goodness!
