So last year, I got sick twice. First, I had a kidney infection (that put me out of commission for a while). Then maybe 2-3 weeks after I fully recovered, I came down with bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection which lasted about 4 months.
I had a slowed down during my workouts while recovering from the kidney infection. Then I stopped working out altogether during the 4 months I was dealing with the bronchitis. After I got over it, I was just too lazy to workout so by the time I hit the gym again in January, it felt like starting over again.
Now, I am sick once again. However, I am so afraid of getting into that same funk as last year that I had to push myself to workout even just a little while being sick.
Today, I still drank my Shakeology despite my lack of appetite (it only took me 2 hours to drink it). Then I did the Master's Chisel Balance. It was only 30 minutes long, but that workout was hard and exhausting. β–ͺ️▫️β–ͺ️▫️β–ͺ️▫️
