Bulking Phase: 21 months and 20 days in. I've never felt so powerful and strong. It was supposed to be a rest day but I took on a 5th training day because I can't train tomorrow.

Pec Fly - 80x15 (3 sets last set triple drop set).
Arnold Press - 35x20, 50x10, 60x8, 50x10, 35x20 Pyramid.
Seated DB Lateral Raise - 40x11 (4 sets).
Cable Lateral Raise - 30x12 (4 sets).
Rear Delt Cable Fly - 30x13 (3 sets then triple drop set).
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - 185x12,10,10,8 (Gave it all on the last set but I could only get 8 lol).

It's FLEX FRIDAY!!!!! This week's flex Friday is brought to you by my abs. I was seriously fluffy before starting Hammer and Chisel. You know, because I ate all the cookies over Christmas. I even baked cookies just so I could eat some more it's awesome to see I'm getting some definition back only 2 weeks into this program
