Progress my friends!! My weight has always been somewhat of an issue for me. I have to say, I'm a lover of Carbs, oh dear goodness, if I could live off carbs.
Not to say they're terrible for you, I just can't live off then
I'm returning to my roots, in high school I use to enjoy going out for jogs and have a workout set everyday. No matter what, I always made it to my runs/workouts.
I got too comfortable in a relationship and let go. Since then, its fluctuated like crazy. It's my time to turn it around and stay there. I'm taking it one day at a time, progress is progress no matter how small/big, slow/fast. Consistency, dedication, and discipline We Can do it!! Time to start incorporating weights, because they make all the difference.
Remember, you cannot out train a bad diet, abs are made in the kitchen, and I'm learning to nourish my body. I only get one, so let's make it a good one, inside and out.
