I picked up the @sephora Favorites Summer Hair Saviors kit because 1) I love Sephora Favorites kits 2) I really have no clue what I'm doing these days with my hair and I wanted to try some styling products. It has a good mix of large samples targeting dry and fine/wavy hair, which is perfect for me. The bag it comes with is pretty nice also. It's pretty large and well made. So far I've tried out the @verbproducts Ghost Oil (like, but I need to try it a few different ways before I decide), the @alternahaircare Caviar CC Cream (not sure - I think I used too much? It feels heavy, but I'm going to try it again but with less product), and @christopherobinparis Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt (Sooo weird! It's like a balm with big chunks of sea salt you use to literally Scrub at your scalp with. It wasn't as drying as I thought it would be considering it has sea salt, but definitely left my hair literally squeaky clean. I used a pretty heavy duty conditioner after and my hair felt great, but I wouldn't use it every day) The invisi bobble hair ties are also nice, but kind of strange. They're like phone cords, and remind me of the phone in my parents house growing up. Otherwise, I've already tried the @briogeo Dont Despair, Repair! treatment and I like that but I don't love it. Overall, this kit is a great value And has a lot of cool stuff to try out if you're in the market for new hair products. The rest of the stuff pictured is samples or free gifts from Sephora which I'll review as I use them.
