This spoke to me today.
Not a classical term found in the dictionary but certainly found its way into my vocabulary today.
The words 'be', 'encourage', 'courage' and 'able' seems to be ringing like church bells during my whole week.
Thanks for the sharing @saltandglow
“For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself”. -
Rather than worry, Trust and Praise God in ALL circumstance. Focus on Philippians 4:6, 7 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." -
Remember when you put it in God’s hands and leave it there, because worry only hinders the mighty hand of God.
Bhujapidasana or shoulder pressing pose is a great first arm balance as it has a nice balance of hip opening, shoulder opening and core stability.
A lot of other arm balances focus more on arm strength and are great for people with strong arms as it allows them to get up quite early on in their journey.
However, it also fosters arm rather than core strength and delays progress in the long term.
