March Challenge Group came to an end yesterday. I am so proud of all of the ladies! They all got amazing results and have learned the tools needed to keep on this lifestyle.

She is a very busy, work from home momma to one super sweet little boy, Tucker! He is her biggest encourager and fan! Even joins in on the workouts!! Taylor wanted to be active and set a good example for her son to follow, have more energy to keep up with that sweet boy, be healthier and the list of her WHY’s goes on and on! She did it, she is living it, the proof shows in her pictures and in her inches lost and the confidence she has gained in just a short 3 weeks! Taylor told me that she has made a list of her short and long term goals and is excited to cross them off as the weeks and months go by in 2017. She is AMAZING and has already hit alot of non scale victories!!! I cannot wait to continue seeing her reach her goals and shrink away month by month! She is so inspiring!!!
