It's been a long time between beach walks for Bobby and me, but this morning after feeding the pups and Lucy, we managed a quick escape. Lucy will be back in beach-action after her post-op vet visit next week. the pups are about 3weeks off introducing them to the big wide world.
Today we got to celebrate Emma’s birthday with her! This is also the first picture I have of our instructor team.
These girls are the reason The HEART Center is operational while I have been on “maternity leave” and I couldn’t be more grateful. They amaze me with how gracefully they have put up with my pregnancy brain and crazy roller coaster of emotions and I feel so lucky to be working with such amazing women. It’s hard to find people who care about the students and the horses as much as I do and I am so proud of the work they have been doing in my absence.
I’m looking forward to being able to be out there on a more regular basis as little man gets a bit more tolerant!
We have exciting things building with our program right now and we can’t wait to “officially” share them with you all soon!
This mama, this baby girl Their smiles!!!! Their smiles are priceless. They are smiles of empowerment! This mama knows she is breaking the cycle of generational poverty...her family's future is bright because she has a job!
I still can't believe I get to be part of her story. I can't believe that my job helps to bring smiles and *hope* and empowerment all over the globe
