Had an awesome workout tonight with @wheelzz__ and honestly, I forgot how much I love lifting lol I'll be 100% - the first and second trimesters were very uncomfortable in the gym for me because I didn't really "look" pregnant + it was one of those weird things like.. "uh, did she just get a beer belly?" but surprisingly enough, now that my little belly popped.. I feel more confident in executing my workouts and feel good before/during/and after
I contemplated "giving up" working out during my pregnancy because I couldn't find my rhythm but happy to say at #29WeeksPregnant aka: 7 1/2 months - I'm confident Proof that pushing forward is better than giving up!
