Has been a hard but really rewarding week at all levels. Hard work is not only good for the body but good for the mind and soul. Assisting @martha_delatorre @bohangwitit @brian.arnwine @blacksidebarbell today with the girls’ first powerlifting meet. I’m not much of a coach (I work more the backend...), but you’ll never have to lift alone if I’m nearby.
