Right: 19th January '17. || Pretty pleased with how much size i've gained so far on this bulk, arms are fuller and forearms have definitely grown a considerable amount which i feel are my weak points. At the end of my bulk March 14th i'm going to take measurements, then at the end of my cut do the same and so on to see EXACTLY how much i'm growing. I eat these sandwhiches literally everyday for lunch. I keep it constant since I can't track exactly how much I'm getting. If something is difficult to do find a way to do it or find an alternative. So I'm already preparing mentally for what is to come in 2017 competition wise. I will participate at wbff new york where I hope (in fact I PLAN) to earn my muscle model pro card. And THEN exactly one month later I want to step on stage with the pros at wbff worlds where I would try to become champion of the world๐Ÿ˜ That is my ideal plan and I will put it in motion soon enough. This video is me at my absolute best physique so far one week prior to wbff worlds (not bad at all๐Ÿ˜ฎunfortunately I didnt peak week properly and stepped on stage FLAT) but I can improve much more and I WILL.
