Sometimes we go out our way to help people who do little for us, when really the people we should be helping are the ones right next to us. I owe my father alot. The best thing he did for me was believing in me until I slowly learnt to believe in myself.
A year (pretty much) after starting my early morning workout regime. Besides starting the day in a great mental state, there have been physical benefits as well.
