I've always had a weaker upper body, and I've struggled with injury. I've been experiencing problems lately and haven't been able to work out to my full potential because of the tightness and soreness. I'm the worst for stretching and getting regular massages. I NEED to start, because one day, if I don't take care of myself, & continue to be a non-stretching bodybuilder, I'm not going to be able to be put back together. ๐Ÿ˜ค This all makes me feel pretty shitty, which is why I've been quieter on social media. But! I finally got a massage and chiro, and I'm on the mend.โœŒ๐ŸปI'm thinking I will try cupping next, to see if that makes a difference! This back needs to groooow!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
