Ich mache 10×15 mit 30kg. Ich habe es ja noch nicht lange im Trainingsplan, heißt das ich einiges verbessern kann was das Gewicht an geht.
Das Training am Mittwoch war geil, mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Schulter und Rücken wurden regelrecht überlastet😂 Naja. Ich habe aus die Ausführung geachtet und auch ausreichend Pause dazwischen gwhabt 💪

Cheesy chicken and veg tonight. I absolutely love vegetables covered in cheese sauce. The sauce is made using a low fat cheese spread so it's slightly easier to fit into my macros, and makes a delicious low fat high protein meal
