A lot of people still bash flexible dieting for being "unhealthy", just because we post a few pop tarts, pizza or donuts . But the problem isn't what we eat, the problem is how much of it we consume. Does it fit into your daily macro targets? are you accounting for nutrient requirements? Etc. Will you die or get fat if you eat a piece of pizza? Or some cake? NO!
Working on those hammies... first workout for a week and we did lower body, tomorrow on the wards will be fun We finally found a gym we like after a week of searching and visiting almost every gym nearby!
