Here is the last part of my #fitnessvideo where I am doing a series of challenging intervals involving a variety of diverse exercises. Check out my previous #workoutvideos where this video continues and concludes the #workout segment.
In case you do not check out my previous videos , I started off this #functionaltraining segment with bent over rows utilizing a multi-grip barbell followed by #kickboxing on the heavy hanging bag followed by slamming a dummy bag and then over the battle ropes. I conclude this by climbing the #monkeybars which I use to do as a kid. Most #gyms now at days are converting space to allow for a #junglegym as seen here due to the rise in functional training. In this particular #fitnesscenter, the jungle gym is located right next to the dumbbells/barbells along with a punching bag. This type of environment makes for a great workout space where you can get as creative as possible utilizing multiple #fitness equipment all at once to create a new physique. I have changed up my physique a lot in addition improving my cardiovascular threshold by incorporating this type of training over the last few months as opposed to just doing the weighting ️♂️ today and saving the aerobics ("#cardio") for another day.
