Abendessen war easy, da ich gestern einiges vorbereitet habe (gestriger Post): die gefüllte Aubergine wurde auf einem frischen zubereitet Quinoabett serviert: (1 TL Curry mit 2TL Ghee erwärmen. 6 EL gekochte Quinoa dazu geben. Mit Brühe ablöschen. Mit Salz und etwas Zitronesaft (1TL) abschmecken.

I cannot tell you how much this annoys me!!! Why would you want to alter yourself to make yourself look different to who you really are. Apps like these just promote self hate! The biggest advertisement for the app is that you can give yourself abs, which gives over the message that without them you can’t look as good!! We all need to learn to love ourselves in the skin we are in, we don’t need to draw in our waist, enlarge our bum or paint on non-existent abs to make ourselves beautiful! EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way! If I’m honest if you love yourself and your confident in your skin, THAT is possibly one of the sexiest most attractive traits! .
Lets all make a New Years resolution together to make a cautious effort to LOVE OURSELVES in 2018. We need to try to learn to love and embrace every imperfection we have, because THATS what makes us unique. I’m not saying don’t have a resolution to better yourself, if that for you is aesthetic driven then there is nothing wrong with that, but don’t get caught up with only being happy once you’ve reached your goal, love yourself through the whole process!

Aka lose a sh*t tone of “weight” over a couple of months then rebound hard, gain it all back, if not more, and end up in a worse place than where you first started....♂️
So what do you do?
Understand calories matter - choose a method of reducing these that you can commit, and stick to, and monitor.
Understand the importance of protein and focus on consuming adequate quantities (0.8g-1.2lb x BW Lbs) per day
Focus on your method of training to be based around progressive resistance training.
No “diet supplements”
No “fat loss workouts”

Today I have learnt something. We went to the park to do some movement, and I let my fears control me and block me. I didn't turn my fear to excitement, there was a simple movement, I made similar movements before, lots of times on the stage. I was simple afraid of about, what if I can not do it for the first time perfectly? What would happen? - nothing! You will try it 2/3/4...until you can do it.
But because I was afraid I just let it, and I let it and we walked home.
Never ever this feeling again! I have got children my daughter and my stepson, who need a good sample. A role model. The moment, what missed, I can't get back, but the present and the future are mine. I made the movement now at home. Tomorrow I will practice it without any fear.
Every day I learn something. About the world, about life, about what is truly important. Money or big house or beautiful cars? For me not. I have got someone special @matthewcshughes, I can hold his hand, I can look into his eyes, our Daughter @graceottiliamolnarhughes, who is a true miracle. My Beautiful Hungarian and English family and friends are always next to me. For me this means to be rich. And those moments, when I can let myself to be free and when I look into the mirror and I can say I love You. Today I made it.
