This variation of the hip thrust involves utilising your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and deep core muscles.
The majority of us have under-active glutes and weak core muscles. This little thing kills a whole lot of birds with one stone.
You don't have to perform it this way. Simply lay on the ground, knees bent at 90', feet flat, and thrust your hips upwards, and focus on squeezing through your butt.
3 sets of 15 reps - 3 x per week is a good starting point. ️♀️♀️
