. ️♀️ FULL TABATA ROUNDS on resistance machines only working all 5 BASIC HUMAN MOVEMENT PLANES. . Sarah was at WEEKDAY WARRIORS BOOTCAMP last night doing Tabata, so today was PURE PLEASURE & PAIN
Foot elevated split squat
- @glasbygabby doing a great job keeping her core engaged throughout the WHOLE movement, eccentrically and concentrically. Still tweaks to be made but the elevated position increases the load on the front foot which makes it an advanced exercise!
