It’s been a while since I had the confidence to post a pic like this... But day 4 into my cutting plan things are starting to look much better to me! I have not been well and not been training (went Wednesday for first time in 4 weeks) but muscle memory hasn’t let me down Time to work hard and get it back now
Introduce this superset to your next session! Stiff deadlifts (go slow on the eccentric movement down, the n push up and squeeze your booty into a prune!!) x8-10. Follow this exercise with my FAVORITE! The one-legged booty burner lol This one is great as an activation exercise too and works as a combo in several supersets. Burn is guaranteed!! Put your weight on one leg (have the other leg slightly back or wherever makes you feel it more in Your opposite glute). Have the weight in your heel while keeping your knee outwards and both hips facing parallel forwards. Go as deep as you can to activate the glute! Go for 1 min, then switch leg. TRY THIS SUPERSET, 4 ROUNDS! The last exercise is a perfect finisher to leave the legs with shaky legs. Challenge yourself and see how long it takes before you’ve burnt out one leg at a time .
