Biceps 💪🏼 I’m trying to grow my twig arms and this first exercise is one of my favorites! Cable rope curls are so good. 🔥 Try to keep your upper body stable and don’t swing (I’m clearly guilty of doing this but realizing this and fixing your form is why it’s good to take videos!). I also like to add in some one arm curls into my workouts. 👌🏼 I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! 💗

All black for the fat funeral 💀 here’s a booty superset I’ve been diggin’ lately:
- elevated cable curtsey lunges (12)
- elevated banded cable squatish type things (12)
3x through. Something to note: these are all about keeping tension in the glutes. Notice how on the second exercise, I don’t ever stand straight up, lock my knees, or squeeze my butt. You can mess around with feet placement/using bands til it feels right for your body. And if you have any questions hmu 💕 #imhereforyou
