Sorry for being MIA on the IG for the past couple months everyone- have been working out, just been lazy with filming myself. To make it up here are some random clips of workouts during my vacation. Plans for the near future- more speed/reactive work, less emphasis on strength, lose some fat and hopefully make some upper body gainz
I’m actually having a panic attack about posting this but I think it’s time, and it’s necessary. I had been super frustrated with the scale lately.. my friends weren’t noticing that i was losing weight and i thought i was losing this fight. I couldn’t see a difference in my face, or my body. Then i happened upon the picture to the left, and saw where i was today. I started this journey about two years ago (picture on the left). I had lost some lbs then gained them right back and yo-yo dieted for quite some time. I never to stuck to anything and as soon as something got hard I backed out. The woman on the left was depressed, like wouldn’t leave her house unless she had to depressed. And I turned to food for comfort. The girl on the right isn’t anywhere near where she wants to be, but she’s getting there and NOT GIVING UP! 40 lbs down, more to go... but I’m excited for the ride! Trust me when I say, if I can do it... SO CAN YOU! PS. Same freaking shirt, same size... if you were wondering .
