Reading a gripping series while struggling with your day job, stressing about work and life is not easy. I meant to write a post about it, but could not quite get down to it.
The Hero of the Ages, the last in the Mistborn Trilogy, is all things amazing and it's only flaw is that it's too good, and too full of questions and answers.
I like to read books simultaneously (not more than two), but picking the Essays was co-incidence. I was travelling with a particularly packed bag and the Mistborn is a tome, and wouldn't fit. That's how ended up picking the essays.
It juxtaposes finely, as a commentary on society, with the fantasy collections which deals with similar questions.
