Movement and breath are powerful tools to helping move energy through your body. It doesn’t always feel good, especially if you’re holding onto trauma or pain. It may sometimes be wise to seek help from professionals trained to guide you, but also remember to trust your body wisdom, go at your own pace and not to let anyone else have the power to remove these blocks for you. It’s our own sacred right in our own sacred temple.

Feeling thankful to be on school break + exploring the wine country. I love the relaxing time we are having in St. Helena + revisiting towns, wineries + hopefully getting on our this afternoon. I have always been more of a person but finding I’m liking some varieties more and more. This bottle of @hesscollection is one that I will return to. Now to try with a cookie in hand .
