Looking back at old pics of trainings 2011. This set is of one faves to train @l_rix . She was always at training killing it. Always gave it ONE HUNDRED. A few times I would get her to take the sessions. I was so proud to hear that last year she started her own journey to become a PT/Trainer. I was a little choked up when she attributed part of her decision to do so, due to her time training with me. Which is exactly how I started many years ago when @kahafitness5 showed confidence in me. Share the love pass on the gift.
Leanne still holds the record for the longest rope blitz at over 3 minutes non stop.

One bell and a 6' x 3' patch of land is all you need to get in a solid full body workout. - - -
On this one I'm working on skill (one arm swing and soft burpee landing), strength (unilateral press) and endurance/conditioning. It has 6 burpees, 6 swings, 6 presses and 6 rows all at once. I got 20 rounds in 30 minutes and what you're watching is round 18. So, not too bad but clearly the swing to clean transition can be better and so can the press. - - -
