Getting back into cooking my meals again. Had a bit of a slump on cooking and meal prepping but I’m back to it because it makes me feel so much better and fuller when eating proper meals everyday.
For lunch: cubed tofu with cooked veggies and beans on top a bed of couscous with a lemongrass basil sauce. Sooo yummy!!!
Marsha, front and center, is one of my oldest hens (less than two). A couple of months ago, her tail and back end looked a bit sketchy. I kept watching her for signs of sickness or rooster abuse, and it never occurred to me that she was molting. Then yesterday I noticed how white and fluffy she is once again. #whiterock#backyardchicken
The Packers lost and it might be my fault....
I didn’t wear my Matthews jersey or even Green and Gold to church or afterwards.
It was either that.... OR it could’ve been the multiple interceptions and sacks. ♀️♀️
All I want for Christmas is #12 back, #12 back, #12 back.....

Nap or no nap?
