Harsh but glorious sesh today with Pushy Pete aka Sneaky Pete aka; @oddfituk (10am if you fancy it!) Leg day! So I fully expect to be rolled everywhere tomorrow! I feel like I know how that woman that can crush watermelons with her thighs feels! Unfortunately, I have no watermelons to try It's funny how quickly the enjoyment comes back to you, I mean, don't get me wrong; I'm not skipping from my house of a morning at the moment, but I'm pretty sure I will be soon!! Warm up;
Leg push ups; quick up and 5 seconds down X 12 reps. X3 sets
Leg press 60kg; 5 seconds down, 5 seconds X5 + 5 quick presses x3 sets.
Leg push downs; quick down and 5 seconds up x 12 reps, x3 sets.
Goblet squat 12kg X12 reps x3sets.
Angled laying backwards leg raises (lol!) with 5kg dumbbell x12 reps x3 sets.
Walking lunges (ish!) with 7.5kg weights x3 sets.
1 leg leg press 40kg x 12 reps x2 sets each - alternate legs.
