Skwats were nice yesterday. 80% but felt like 60%. Following the @forsakenwarrior program and loving it. Noticing my strength going up. Did pauses skwats, split squats, lunges, and hammy curls after this. Utterly dead by the end of it: almost three hours later. But held up well even while technically still in recovery. This was a much needed brutality session. Been in a rut lately and it’s a great release.
