One of each weight in video. Weight move super easy on this stiff ass bar. Sticking with lighter weight, less reps, more sets. My body is reacting better and recovering better.

Highlights from today's #chest #workout with Mike. We tend to focus on no more than 5 movements but get more sets in. This was the first time in weeks working with the barbell but the dumbbell presses carried over and he was stronger pushing the weights. ☝🏽
