Friday night dinner in bed. I’m really not hungry at all, but I’m trying to increase my fat intake to slow down the #keto weight loss. Apparently, my body still has fat to burn because it’s melting off, but my skin can’t keep up. Anyway. That means more calories and more fat. Also, Parmesan cheese is not a good replacement for feta cheese, it has too much bite for a mild balsamic dressing. But, fat. I added about 1/4 of an avocado and some olive oil / balsamic with herbs and salt to season my bed of spinach. Happy Friday! I’m lounging in bed tonight watching the Versace crime story.
