@can.ttakemeanywhere performing single leg hip thrusts on a foam roller. I stole these from @dr.joelseedman_ahp and tried them on myself and several clients. The unstable nature of the roller reinforces proper foot and ankle mechanics, something that is often neglected during bridge variations. To progress these you have a variety of options, such as removing the arms from the bench, performing the the reps slower, holding the pause longer at the top, or simply adding more reps. I’m not sure a DB on the hip would be a good move here
