I wanted to show the importance of angles and the roll they play in activating and working multiple muscles within a certain muscle group. @sarahd_lock said she couldn't see what I was working with my shirt on, so I got out of my comfort zone and took my shirt off solely for the purpose of showing the different muscles being worked here. I've seen multiple people do this and I've added it to my back routine with a little twist. Love the commentary by my wife half way in. Gotta love her!
I used to wrap my knees squatting 300...until I learned the pain wasn't from the weight, but the horrid form I was performing. I dropped the weight, studied a ton of videos, read even more articles, and focused on executing the best possible form I could. I'm back up to squatting 300 with much better form, and even more important, ZERO knee pain! I can't wait until I become a trainer/coach and start to make a difference and be a part of other's fitness journeys. Proud moment indeed. The fist bump at the end is pretty cool too. •
