I became a coach for 3 reasons:
1. I wanted to pay forward to other moms the confidence these workouts gave me
2. I needed to find a way to bring in additional income to my family
3. I needed a way to stay accountable to my goals once my challenge group was over .
Let's talk about 2 & 3 - even when I don't want to (which happens a lot) or when I'm extremely busy (I'm a mom of 2 & 3 foster kiddos, that's everyday), I'm a BOSS! .
My workout is non-negotiable so that my challengers make theirs non-negotiable. I work out EARLY because I have a family and a career and I need to show my challengers that lack of time isn't the issue; the issue is prioritizing the wrong things. .
I need to show up and deliver because I'm asking others to give me the BEST of themselves so I need to lead by example! You have the power to create your own happiness. Opportunities come and go, so will you sit and think about what if, or will you dive in for an opportunity that can help you? .
Do you think you would benefit from an opportunity like this? Comment below and let's talk!
