Adrian asked me on the metro heading downtown: Why is the world so cruel? .
This is not the world I want him to inherit. Every time we teach our kids that they have a voice and that they will be the generation protecting our planet and the people we call our neighbors, then we build a stronger future. .
With our friends from school at an anti-gun protest in downtown Los Angeles. .
These kids have a voice. Together we make a better tomorrow. .

It seems that everywhere I turn , injustice seems to sprout like weeds so this whole weekend I pondered on how to stop this sorta nonsense.. writing have always been a huge help for me in better expressing my self , it also seem to help quell my anxiety. I realized that anything is possible by listening to my own heart and letting it guide me to let go because there are too many beautiful things, emotions, relationships , in my life to give space to anything that holds me back or creates unnecessary drama .. to the little girl inside : you went rouge today baby girl but we’ll let it slide in the name of justice but remember that one of the best lesson you are working on in #therapy and in life is to master how to remain calm..feisty little woman♀️ #therapy#day218#naturelovers#pinoy#filipino#napavalley#mountainlife#summervibes#compassion
What have been some of your goals for this new year? Or even this month?
One thing I like to do is set intentions for each month, creating a "feeling" or specific area of my life I'd like to focus on. Me + a couple of my friends I am doing a mastermind with all decided to make February about Self-Love.
We were feeling overwhelmed with the New Year already + wanted to get back to the foundation. Some things we felt that served us in self-love are:
Deepening our meditation practice
Eating healthy, high vibe foods
Having a gratitude journal
Creating a consistent morning routine
Any form of energy healing modalities
What are some of your self-love practices?
I have heard many times before “being vegan must be so expensive “ or “oh I bet you spend a lot on food” or something else along those lines but honestly we spend way less money on food then we used to and we buy all organic! On our shopping trip we bought 10 gallons of purified water, 2 boxes of blackberry,a box of blueberries, a bag of raw pumpkin seeds, 2 bags of apples, 2 boxes of strawberries, 2 boxes of kiwis, 3 pineapples, 8 avocados, 9 tomatoes, a bag of carrots, 2 bags of spinach kale and baby chard mix, 9 oranges, 5 bags of bananas, a bag of frozen blueberries, a bag of frozen cherries, a bag of frozen mangoes, a bag of frozen berry mix. All organic. I hope I’m not forgetting anything lol! But we bought all this organic for around 100 bucks. We went to Costco, Natural Grocers, and Walmart. It’s might seem challenging at first but you just have learn what is in season and where has the best prices. There are so many great resources for being vegan on a budget as well! If any one is interested I’d love to chat. 🥥🥦 #vegan#organic#health#healthyfood#healthy#yum#veganonabudget#shopping#groceries#natural#rvlife#fulltimerv#rvliving#vanlife#fifthwheel#tinyhouse#tinyhome#veganism#veganfood#vegans#love#peace#compassion#loveanimals
