In the last year I’ve had so many different ideas and perceptions of what I thought was the “perfect” look. I started off wanting to lose weight fast, which I did.. was happy with the results then quickly realised i lost too much weight and genuinely looked quite ill then I had the idea I wanted to be really lean with a tiny physique but loads of definition, after following the likes of @shanmack_wellness & @brittanykrhodes I have soon realised the most important thing to me is how I feel, I want too feel strong! I want my training to be enjoyable and fun. Most of all I want too feel healthy! these two women’s physiques are absolutely out of this world And personally I love the strong look on a female for now I’m concentrating on eating well ( and lots of it) and lifting heavy. .
