Sorry for not posting in a while. Work has been busy lately organising the new equipment we recently purchased.

Our gym is now equipped with a new heavy duty Leg Press, an isolateral Chest Press, isolateral Seated Row, isolateral Dip Machine and a Glute Kick Back.

I will get some content with these machines soon as they are all great additions to most programs, especially the isolateral machines as they allow for work on imbalances in strength and are also really good for people with various injuries which I will cover later.

The last of the 3 recommended sprint protocols that I use for my HIIT programs with clients. Note that track or sprinting is tough on joint structures and that they are not suitable for those carrying significant excess baggage as this just further compounds the forces going through joints with every stride. Itโ€™s should also be noted that when running, the joint forces experienced with each stride is 7-10 times bodyweight.

Today i tried to stand on my wrists,my line itโ€™s horrible, i had hold the handstand just a second but i didnโ€™t have no pain, I was stable... i didnโ€™t think to able to do this progression, only after 2 months of wrists conditioning....
I write โ€œonlyโ€ because befor when I started i had so much pain to doing the first regression.
Ours joints need of attention, take care of them. ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
