EDAMAMMUS!!! 🀣🀣 If there's one thing we πŸ’›it's a silly portmanteau name for our recipes! πŸ€—πŸ˜¬! Check out today's STORIES for the recipe run through . We've swapped out the chickpeas for edamame - they are brilliant, protein-packed little fellas and, even better, soybeans are excellent for our hormonal health (Japanese women don't get hot flushes - just sayin'!). πŸ“The ingredients are: 150g shelled edamame, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 fat garlic clove, 1 tsp cumin, 1tsp sesame oil, big pinch salt and pepper. Whizz in blender with water to loosen - approx 50-100ml. Be sure to tag us if you gram it!!!! Xx .

When my cookbook came out last October, I'm not gonna lie- it was nerve wracking. Would people like it? Would there be support behind it? Would I be able to sell the thousands and thousands of copies that I had printed? Scary stuff but also insanely exciting
.
Monday night I ordered pizza. When the delivery man showed up he politely said "Hi Mrs. Frisella" I greeted him and he then shared with me that he knew he recognized me because he listens to @foodinsessionpodcast and is diabetic and uses the advice @mindymusseman and myself share on the podcast and he cooks the recipes in my cookbook and has lost 46 pounds so far. (At this point I am trying to not tear up from pure joy). THIS is what its about. Helping people live their best life and get results. It was so amazing and surreal to hear him tell his story. He was the most kind man and asked if he could bring his cookbook next time and have me sign it for him. I would be totally honored

What I do isn't about me. Yes it's my career but it's about helping others through education like the podcast and the cookbook to learn that diets are not doom, food is not bad and that you don't have to over complicate it. Grateful doesn't begin to describe it. Thank you all β™₯️
