A quick hello - hope everyone had a great weekend - I know a lot of people who have had some rough times this past week or so and I just wanted to let you know that our thoughts are with you, stay strong, be positive and things will work out for the best!
Before you take part in any form of exercise it is essential to stretch. Ideally include active stretches before you exercise/during your warm up (stretches which include movement-leg swings, arm and shoulder rotations and swings etc). And post exercise more static stretches as shown above.
Stretching helps to improve flexibility, reduces risk of injury and warms up/cools down the muscles, joints and body. #repost from @samwrightfitness
