Do you skip out on the "cool down" after you workout? I didn't know how important it really was, but I've learnt why you actually benefit from it. It gradually brings down your heartbeat so that you don't pass out or feel sick/dizzy. It can also reduce muscle soreness, lowers your body temperature and can increase flexibility from stretching. Definitely something I don't miss out on. #cooldown#stretching
