So...you want to slice and get your veggie plate ready first, before you grill the meat or warm up tortillas.
I used: red and green bell peppers , jalapeños, sweet onion, avocado , a bit of cherry tomatoes (if desired), and of course cilantro . Now grill or pan fry on a heavy duty skillet your steak (or use left over steak from yesterday), slice the stripes; reheat the beans, warm up corn tortillas. You can microwave them (that’s way faster), use toaster oven, or fry on a skillet with butter (most delicious but less healthy). Mix it up the way you like now; use tons of hot sauce!! .
Warning Do not throw away left over veggies if any! Tomorrow I will show here what I have done with it . Enjoy
