To me to have the kind of internal #strength and courage to say “no I will not have you treat me this way, I demand only the best for myself” is success. The important thing is how you feel about what you’re doing; what you feel about yourself. You become all that you #believe. Since I was a child I felt that my life #could be #greater and #bigger than what I saw. It was a feeling I had to follow. —-I’ve understood there is a power greater than myself that #RULES. By doing yoga every day you'll spend much more time on the postures than you would with a once or twice per week yoga class. They'll become second nature as creaky joints and tight muscles release into a more fluid, flexible you. You'll also develop greater strength. Longer holds in poses becomes possible as do poses once too difficult because your core or legs were simply too weak. As you practice every day, start to notice its effects on all aspects of your life. Your posture improves, balance becomes easier, you're more coordinated and you experience a greater range of motion.
