Tonight, I will have the pleasure of lecturing a class @clarkuniversity about managing stress. Managing stress is important because stress can affect the way that you work, feel and behave. It’s important to be able to assess situations that cause stress in your life so that you can feel comfortable while dealing with these things. I’m so happy that I have the opportunity to talk about this with others so that I can share what I’ve learned and also learn from them as well.
