Popcorn for bodybuilding?
Air popped corn is an excellent source for healthy carbs. It does have high carb content, mostly from starch, with 11grams of protein and 5grams of fat.
Popcorn is the only unprocessed whole grain snack, and it also contains high amounts of antioxidants, even higher than some fruits and vegetables!
I always favor plant based, unprocessed carbs over other alternatives. I find them more macro dense and beneficial for overall nutrition.

Only working on 2 hours of sleep, but can’t let that stop me from getting my workout in. I’m using @blackstonelabs_official Dust Extreme and @transparentlabsnutrition Creatine HMB.
