18.1 was kinda fun! I didn’t get as many rounds as I wanted to, but I still have some work to do on my toes to bar and that 35lb dumbbell was no joke! Had a pretty bad cramp through the last 8 minutes so I *might* retest this on Monday. But overall pretty happy about this. It’s my first year in the Open and I’m going to do as much Rx’d as possible. Go hard or go home! What’s next?!
