Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks all prepped for the week. Ready to get back on track to hit my macros and ensure I'm getting the nutrition I need to heal properly. I can now do 13 air squats pain free and up to 6 strict pull ups.The past month has been a mental battle full of cutting food at breakfast, and skipping dinner multiple times a week because I couldn't work out as hard as I want, then nights I would eat, I'd feel guilty or "fat" if I did. I've spent more time with the lord and know that's a lie and my "body is a temple" and I should fuel it like it is. As a healthcare provider I certainly know better but everyone has their demons, their struggles. I'm not perfect. I'm a sinful human and I daily need #hisgrace for my failures. Always remember you are not alone. I'm still not 100% healed with my last two "injuries" but how can I expect that when I'm not eating properly. What are you expecting without properly fueling? Your body? Your mind? Is it fueled with food, knowledge, god's word, positive thoughts, exercise, sleep, etc?
