When I just start to doing CrossFit I had no idea how important mobility and stretching can be. I have new really work on that skills, I have never do stretching after wod. IÔÇÖm lucky one because I have dance background. But now surely I can say that mobility work itÔÇÖs one of important work on your CrossFit progression. Improve yourself in every possible way.
