Be happy for what you got while working for what you want
Yesterday I felt so strong! Some times when I squat I feel tired but yesterday I felt strong and I also did a pr on 90kg! 2 weeks ago I did 10 x 90kg but yesterday I did 12 x 90kg 2 set och sen avslutade jag med 10 x 90kg kändes härligt! Det känns bra att jag trots diet känner mig stark och orkar köra på

I have never been one to be comfortable in my own skin. Ive always stayed covered and never let people see me at all I have been that strength, confidence, and that compassion for myself. I have stop letting people control who i am, who i want to be, who i was meant to be. I have been going for so long on how i handled things in life. When i found fitness that all changed, i opened up more, i stopped being scared to let the world see me for who i am. Im not get the support but ill keep standing tall for what i believe and what I’m passionate about with my fitness. I want to help women be confident in themselves without already being a size zero but for being proud of what you already have Building your own type of worth and confident is by surrounding yourself like mined people and staying true
