After a few (like ) slip ups this new year I finally feel like I'm in a groove and back on track. 4 days and 4 workouts. Food is mostly on track. And I'm finally feeling like it's a good thing and not a chore. I'm on fire!!! Lower Fix Extreme today and my legs are all ready on fire. Throw in a session of 10 min hardcore and now my abs are hating myself.
If I want to have a bikini body this year and cutie bootie I've gotta keep this up and do the work.
