11/16/17 Tara: Emergency colonoscopy tomorrow (11/17/17 Friday)

I’m really suffering through this arduous process of drinking a very strong laxative in preparation for tomorrows emergency colonoscopy.
For almost 2 months straight my body has suffered such serious pain, diarrhea and more while the pain specialist have left me in abusive levels of agony.
Now adding the bowel prep pain and diarrhea to the previous debilitatingly levels I continue to feel like I’m being neglected and abused by the pain specialists and most of the UCSD network. As The Hospital generalist did verbally agree to add extra rescue doses for tonight only, and then proceeded to leave for the day and the doctors on call never answered my messages.
The Positive light that I will continue to focus on will hopefully be able to find something on imaging to where they feel confident enough to proceed with surgery, if required.

My favorite part of the day, when stuck in the hospital, is watching the sun rise. I had to be a bit creative, but it appears to be another lovely day in sunny 😎 San Diego. #positivity #sunnyevenonthedarkestofvdays
