ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY FRIED (like fried chiggen)
Last set of #GVT deadlifts at 52.5kg. Regardless of how freaking hard this was - form was getting sloppy as my hips were shooting up first rip - I'm so happy with how today went. I've increased my weight in deadlifts so much and successfully completed all 10x10. #GVT Bench for 22.5kg was also a great success. Finished off with 15 mins of skipping for cardio today since back on that cut lol. Kinda feel like fried chicken now tho

We are working on perfecting technique to make sure she is engaging the correct muscles to tone in all the right places!! If you tend to do a lot of squats and lunges (using a lot of quadriceps / front of your legs) don’t forget to work your hamstrings (back if legs) , booty (and even back and core) muscles with some deadlifts! We also went on to open up the hips and isolate the booty (glutes) even more with some single leg hip extensions + bridge hold with weight. (See Insta story) Great for building a tight and toned peach ready for some cheeky summer tanning sessions no doubt
