Ever since @forkandshaker described the Garibaldi to me, last year when Martini opened their Caffè Torino in Antwerp, I’ve been yearning to have one.
And it has to be said: it’s a damn good drink. The @dantenewyorkcity team presses one orange through a juicer, which somehow produces ‘fluffy’ orange juice. When added to a good pour of Campari, it just makes for a delicious, delicious aperitivo beverage. I would never order an ordinary Campari-orange here, but I’d get a Dante Garibaldi every day.
