Happy Hump Day! It's thankfully the middle of the week, which means it's closer to Saturday which means refeed! Today I really have been struggling with my mood and I had a major explosion! I currently have ZERO patience and I'm finding I can't tolerate anyone complaining ! Tomorrow is a new day, and I'm hoping I will wake up on the right side of the bed in a better mood! I have uni tomorrow and I am hoping to get a lot more of my assignment done! Which I think is triggering most of my bad moods, I'm constantly worrying about getting it done!! But I'm always so exhausted and I've got sooo much to do! So tomorrow is purely dedicated to getting my assignment done! Day 2 of Max 30...all I got to say is I GOT WERK TO DO!!! I could literally pick this photo apart and list all the things I see that I DON'T LIKE but I am owning up to the time I took off and the treats I indulged in
No regrets!! But I will say that I feel like I'm starting all over again because my legs felt like 50 pounds each and I had to modify ALOT ...now this is where most people would give up and say F*CK this BUT this is where you need to dig seriously DEEP and just get past starting cause each day YOU get better!
The first time I did Max 30...I only made it to week 3...now I'm going to the finish line and complete the full 60 days...this program is HARD and it will challenge you mentally and physically but I can envision the way my body is gonna look when I'm done and how amazing I will feel when I hit day 60 ...that is what will keep me going when I want to quit!! The moral to my story is good or bad...you gotta OWN YOUR SHIT...
