Been a while since I posted a video but here's yesterday's workout. Couple of fails, and forehead control too haha • Assault bike steady state cardio 30 mins
• D ball over shoulder lifts
• D ball 20m walks
• D ball clean and slam
• Kettlebell swings
• Kettlebell half get ups
Some power cleans triples at 70-ish% followed by some snatch high pull 5's and 3's beteeen 75-85% below the knee. Things felt a little off today, mostly in my timing and keeping the bar close to my body, but pushed through despite the overshadowing fatigue.
Also got to play with a 150lb D-ball for the first time. WOW. So heavy, but so fun and challenging.
