Ok I must admit I slowed down after 6.5K... but STILL very happy I could do this much cardio with a bad neck & back. • Distance 10Km
• Maximum resistance (10)
• Moderate speed, 25-35 S/M
• LSC(long slow continuous) tempo
• CORRECT TECHNIQUE(!) - Utilising all upperback & core muscles too at every stroke
• Give yourself a rest when needed: I rested 20-25 seconds every 1000/2000 metres For the first time in 2 years I'm not that much in pain after training. Recovery can be a very long and daunting task that will test your dedication to training, even you as a person, everytime.
Just remember: No matter how many times you fall, as long as you MAKE getting back up part of your life principles, every fall will form a step on the ladder to success! It's ALL in the mind
