Organic Black Bean Rotini 💚 Ingredients listed on the bag are black beans 😳 that is it. 😩 Where are all the chemicals and additives I expected to see? 😳 That's right...one ingredient. Made me very happy 🤗💚👍💚 I added sautéed mushrooms oregano and garlic, roasted asparagus and steamed broccoli. Ingredientes:
× 2 cebolas roxas × 1 beringela 🍆 × 1 pimento × 1 batata doce 🍠
× 2 colheres de sopa de óleo de côco × Pimenta preta moída × Sal marinho × 1 chavena de quinoa cozida × 1/2 chávena de pinhões (usei menos) × 1/2 chávena de uvas passa (usei menos)
Modo de preparo:
× Pre aquecer o forno a 215 °
× Cortar em cubos o pimento, a batata doce, as cebolas e a beringela. Deitar num recipiente, adicionar o sal, a pimenta e óleo de côco derretido e misturar bem
× Levar ao forno cerca de 30 min, mexendo de vez em quando × Cozer a quinoa e alourar os pinhões numa frigideira 🍳 × Esperar que a quinoa arrefeça e misturar com os vegetais
× Adicionar as passas e os pinhões
