Typical Chinese dinner 🍴Organic basmati rice 🍚 with spicy stir fried wood ear mushroom, with celery, sprouted tofu and carrots. 👧🏻Growing up, I was told that wood ear mushroom helps to detox the body and get rid of toxins because of their smooth, soft and jelly texture. They sure look strange, and I remember when kids at school would ask "what is that?!" when mom would prepare it for my lunch.

Dinner time! This little concoction was dee-lish!! 3oz Johnsonville Italian ground hot sausage (cause I need allll the fats 🥑), 100g cauliflower rice and 3 egg whites. Got most of my carbs in this am around my workout and I'm saving some for a super yummy dessert tonight....which of course I'll share with you guys tonight 😃

Did some meal prep for the week today and that included roasting some of my favorite veggies! I cut up Brussels sprouts and broccoli and threw them on a tray with chickpeas and some tumeric, garlic powder and onion powder. I baked them at 375 for about 30 minutes and they're sooo yummy 😋 I had some with my dinner tonight. This is such a quick and easy way to meal prep, because now I have all of this already cooked and ready to eat for everyday this week 👌
